Gail Scott, president of Gail Scott and Associates, has been an educator and consultant for more than 20 years. She is one of the most sought after speakers on customer satisfaction and leadership development, and has worked with hundreds of national and local healthcare organizations and associations. Before starting her own consulting practice, Gail spent 9 years as Director of Consulting Services and three years as president of the Einstein Consulting Group. Gail has co-authored five books with Wendy Leebov, including:

  • In 2002, Jossey Bass, Inc. published The Indispensable Health Care Manager… Success Strategies for a Changing Environment by Wendy Leebov and Gail Scott.

  • In 1998, American Hospital Publishing published Achieving Impressive Customer Service: Seven Strategies for Health Care Managers by Wendy Leebov, Gail Scott and Lolma Olson.

  • In 1993, American Hospital Publishing published Service Quality Improvement: The Customer Satisfaction Strategy for Health Care by Wendy Leebov and Gail Scott.

Lynda Rothman

Lynda is a Senior Consultant with Gail Scott and Associates. She has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resource Development. She has consulted with organizations on Service Excellence, Change Management, Leadership roles and skills, Total Quality Management and other related topics.

The approach Lynda uses is grounded in practical realities since she has blended both consulting and internal positions throughout her career. She has held management positions in both profit and not-for-profit organizations. Prior to joining Gail Scott and Associates, Lynda was the Director of Total Quality Management and Patient Relations for a Health System in the Chicago area. Previous employers include Amoco Corporation and Arthur Andersen.

Lynda has spoken at many national conferences and has published articles on change management, measurement in organizations and effective communication. She has a Masters degree in Organizational Communication and a second Masters in Adult Learning. Lynda's no nonsense style appeals to today's busy healthcare managers.

Carol Wolff

For the past fifteen years, Carol Wolff has specialized in consulting to the healthcare industry. Working with clients of Gail Scott & Associates she has developed and conducted training programs to increase patient / customer satisfaction, team-building and leadership development in healthcare organizations.

Carol specializes in executive strategic planning retreats and provides powerful one-on-one executive coaching. In addition, she has worked with medical school faculty to increase their teaching effectiveness.

Carol has worked with a wide variety of communities and healthcare institutions to create partnerships for improving the health of communities. Carol has been past president of and presently serves on the board of the National AHEC (Area Health Education Centers) Organization whose membership includes 50 medical schools and 180 affiliated centers throughout the United States.
